Flooded with natural light, this design makes for a beautiful, practical, liveable and rentable space, capable of adapting to off-grid scenarios with minimal fuss. The Clovelly is a high efficiency, smart home built with pride, passion and sustainable values at the forefront of everything we do.

Permit, Site and Installation
Permitting and installation costs will vary based on site, add-on package options and local municipality regulatory requirements. Some typical additional costs involved in any standard build include excavation work, site servicing (electrical/plumbing), foundation work, decks, roofs, landscaping and site design work. Availability and access to existing services is another consideration to be taken into account when putting together your overall budget expectations.
We will determine all additional scope and pricing for your specific project during our initial ‘sales meeting’ and ‘site assessment’, all free of charge.
Your full ‘quotation’ will then be presented for sign off and we can begin our journey to create your very own high efficiency, fully sustainable 320sqft smart home (a.k.a The Clovelly).

OUR PROCESS… How It Works
STEP 1
Initial consultations
Attend a ‘Viewing’ of our show home & obtain info package (regular schedule available, no appointment necessary)
Complete the Municipality Checklist (or get us to complete it for you?)
Schedule and attend a 1hr ‘Sales Meeting’ to discuss your project & potential timelines (by appointment only)
We will come out and conduct a full Site walkthrough and Assessment
STEP 2
Proposal and Agreements Phase
Your full Quotation is presented
Terms and Conditions document is signed off by Client
Timelines and schedules are confirmed
Deposit of 50% is paid
STEP 3
Design Phase
Initial meeting to discuss scope of work, site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections and initial foundation design
First draft of drawings are presented
Discussion of submittal of permits
Sign off on design package, drawings and payment of Invoice
All drawings and accompanying documents sent off to appropriate municipalities for permit approval
STEP 4
Production Phase
Timelines are refined
Unit production commences
All shop welding, fit outs and off site inspections are completed
Inspection of container condition is signed off
Transportation to site is arranged and scheduled
Installation is carried out on-site and any unit finishing items are completed
STEP 5
Construction Phase
Site servicing work commences (excavation, hydro, drainage, sewer, water, metering, foundation, etc.)
Upon installation of the container, all peripheral site installations are able to be completed (roof, deck, etc.)
All on-site finishing items such as softscaping/ hardscaping are complete
Payment of Change Order Invoicing occurs
Final feedback occurs and simple living commences
